Can you believe it is nearly July fourth?  Does time fly in a pandemic, or does it just run together? Between practicing social distancing and trying to avoid the July heat, it isn’t easy to figure out how to celebrate.  Don’t worry. We have five easy (indoor) July Fourth celebrations.

If you’ve been following our past blog posts, then you know we’re all about combining learning with fun.  If you’re trying to beat the heat, you can still break out board games and sneak in some learning, or head outside if you’re brave enough for some outdoor activities.  If you want some holiday-inspired ideas, check out these July Fourth games and activities that are both fun and learning inspired, and most important – easy to pull off.  

Liberty! The Road to Revolution from PBS moves players through the colonies as they answer quiz questions correctly. You can also watch the six-hour Liberty! Series or read perspectives in military strategies, life in the colonies, or about what was happening worldwide during the Revolution.
